Attempt to burn ChurchTamil Nadu, April 09, 2013: Pastor Paul Armugam has been doing the ministry in Puthasanthai village in Namakal District since 2002. The name of the church is Bethel Bible Church, Because of his faithful ministry, there are approximately 100 believers in the church. Last Monday (8th April), at midnight a group of people came and poured some petrol into the church windows with the intention to burn the church, It was God’s providence that two of the youth of the church were sleeping in the church, When the miscreants set fire some articles like the floor mat, wall clock and the speakers caught fire, the youth woke up and put off the fire.

When they called the Pastor, he rushed to the spot only to see that the miscreants had fled. When this incident was reported to the Nallipalyam Police Station, the Police came and surveyed the church premises and assured the Pastor that they will do their best to apprehend the culprits. Please pray for the Pastor and the congregation.
