I am proud of my father!

On the first day, as President Abraham Lincoln
entered to give his inaugural address, just in the middle, one man stood up.
He was a rich aristocrat .

He said, “Mr. Lincoln, you should not forget that your
father used to make shoes for my family .”

And the whole Senate laughed;
they thought they had made a fool of Abraham Lincoln.

But Lincoln and that type of people are made of a totally
different mettle.

Lincoln looked at the man and said, “

Sir I know that my father used to make shoes in your house for your family,
and there will be many others here….

Because the way he made shoes; nobody else can.
He was a creator .

His shoes were not just shoes; he poured his
whole soul in it. I want to ask you, have you any complaint?

Because I know how to make shoes myself.
If you have any complaint I can make another pair of shoes .

But as far as I know, nobody has ever complained about my father’s shoes.
He was a genius, a great creator and I am proud of my father”.

The whole Senate was struck dumb.
They could not understand what kind of man Abraham Lincoln was.

He was proud because his father did the job so well that not even
a single complaint had ever been heard.

brilliant repartee from a man of deep faith and vision . he was as proud of his father as jesus was of his father who was his foster father on earth and the best carpenter he knew who taught him to make everything to perfection . , so much so on the dayjesus was crucified a traveller came along to the house of jesus asking for the man who made the best wheels of wood for his cart , an art perfected by son jesus learnt from his father saint joseph . now how can one forget the blessings receiveed by our forefathers to this day they were the best of teachers and of course the best of pharmacists . and the best of doctors .we in this present generation have to owe the best to our ancestors for giving us the knowledge and the skill which we truly have inherited in our genes, .to hand over to the next generation. today it is the evil spirit that is at work which ensures that a cobblers son remains a cobbler all his life even if given the oppurtunity to be able to have access to education and improve upon his economic status . the carnal manusmiriti is comimg back in letter and in spirit within our social and education system whether we like it or not . god forbid if ethinic cleansing rears its poisinous head again to rupture the face of democracy in india . all people of good will are being weand out gradually only for the evil souls to perpetuate their breed and act as per the diktat of the evil forces in our just and human society .
